- 2 free-of-charge.
- 3 appropriate for classroom use.
- 4 completely browser-based with no download required.

I’m not a great fan of ‘lists’ but this one certainly seems to be well thought through.
I am of the opinion that teachers should find a small number of useful applications that work for their subject and learn to use them well.
Lists like this are useful, but can be time-consuming and occasionally a distraction. Nonetheless, Larry Ferzallo’s list is worth a look.
